Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, within (7) days of your receipt of the product you can retrieve or replace the product, but provided that you guarantee us that the product is healthy, in its original state, in its entire accessories and in its original packaging and is not used or open permanently.
Exceptions:
- In case of receipt of incorrect/wrong product, no additional charge for shipping service will be calculated and guaranteed by the store
- We bear the human error in putting the wrong image of another product or other name or other errors and the product is retrieved from the customer and exchanged
If he wishes, he does not pay for additional shipping fees on condition that he does not
Use it and open the product by the customer and return it in its original condition
- In case of return for other reasons, (the need of the customer to change the product or change the customer's desire in general) shipping fees to the warehouse (SAR 27) will be calculated on the customer
- In case of replacement, shipping fees are calculated from the customer's warehouse (SAR 27) in addition to the previous shipping fees.
- Shipping fees and payment service fees upon receipt are non-refundable in case of return or replacement of the product
- If the customer's request is through Tamara, payments will be completed from the customer until the replacement or recovery process is done in order to avoid delays.
(Holo Store is not liable for delays to the customer in case of late payment)
When preparing to rewind the product, the product must be in its original condition with the full accessories and guide booklet attached and its original packaging
We do not accept the rewind of any open product the closing seal once and for all
We have the right to agree to refuse to return products that do not meet the above criteria as they will be returned to the customer incurring back and forth shipping fees

- No message will be answered where the above form data is not completed
- The refund process is made from two days to 14 working days from the arrival of the shipment to the warehouse
- Customer is not entitled to claim anything in case of passage more than the period specified above
- Please send one message and do not follow up the messages until we forget to respond quickly
- Your letters will be answered within 48 hours
